Helping you raise a personal grievance for unfair treatment.
"For the last two years it seems like the only reason folks are getting the sack is 'cos of the Cov!"
You understand that by using our services, we engage the assistance of a number of people on our administration team who may see your personal information. That may include your name, residential address, telephone number, email address, workplace documents including employment agreement, and anything else that you provide to us to enable us to provide the services.
You understand that we will only keep your information for as long as it takes to provide the services to you, and that when we no longer provide services to you we will destroy your information through a confidential document destruction service. Electronic records will be deleted as soon as we are no longer providing services to you.
The only time that we will not destroy your information is if you request to have the information returned to you.
Not everyone is going to have a cause of action or be able to raise a personal grievance. Disagreeing with your employer's opinion is not enough - the law looks at what your employer did, and how they did it. The substance of the decisions they made, and the process they took. You may discover you only have a 1 in 3 chance of being able to raise a grievance in the first instance, or a 1 in 3 chance of it being successful - but that shouldn't put you off getting some decent advice to find out if this process is right for you. At least talk to us, to see what your chances are.
Use the contact form to send us your details, and someone will come back to you to arrange a time for you to call in and talk to us. (Please note that due to the sheer number of calls that are needed, we need you to be able to call us. Make sure you top up the credit on your phone before calling!)
